About the Brattleboro History Walking Tour
Tours are limited to 10 participants so registration is required here. Payment is on a sliding scale of $20-$40 per person, with all funds going towards the Brattleboro Sunrise Rotary Club's various scholarships and charitable projects that support the local community.
DATES
DISTANCE & LENGTH
The walk is approximately 7/10 of a mile up Main Street with about 10 stops along the way. The tour takes about 1.5 hours and will take you from Plaza Park (across from the Co-op) to the Brattleboro Commons. It is about a 15 minute brisk walk to return to our starting point from where we end, on the Commons.
CONTENT
The tour covers Brattleboro's history and culture from the times of the Native Abenaki to present day.

LOCATION
We will meet at Plaza Park, across the street from the Brattleboro Co-op and the Brattleboro Art Museum (train station)
PARKING
In addition to parking at meters downtown, there are several lots available downtown including on Flat, Vernon, Elliot and High Streets. The parking garage is another option, with entrances on both Flat and Elliot Streets. Please don't use the Co-op's parking lot, as that is reserved for their shoppers.
